Gladedale discounts on offer

HOUSE-BUYERS in Tayside are taking advantage of discounts of up to £20,000 on four-bedroom family houses being built around the city by Gladedale (North East Scotland) Ltd.
The generous discounts are on offer for a limited time on selected properties at Sidlaw Fields, Baldragon, The Paddock on Kellas Road and Orchardbank at Panmurefield, just 10 minutes from Dundee and close to the beach.
There are also offers on the last remaining houses at the Drummond Grove development in Blairgowrie.
At Sidlaw Fields, discounts of £20,000 are also being given on selected four-bedroom detached Finavon and Conway II properties, which are priced at £248,995.
Baldragon is a popular residential area in the north-west of Dundee, well placed for easy access to the city centre.
Situated to the east of Dundee, The Paddock offers the best of both urban and country living, with the nearby Ballumbie golf course within walking distance.
The last property, a four-bedroom Thurso on plot 17, is now available for £215,995, having been discounted by £10,000.
Over at the Orchardbank development at Panmurefield, on the edge of Broughty Ferry, buyers opting for a four-bedroom Newburgh II house (plots 3, 16 and 17) will qualify for a £20,000 discount off the asking price of £274,995.
Meanwhile, in Blairgowrie, discounts of £12,000 are on offer on two Cullen II houses (plots 13 and 17) on Gladedale’s Drummond Grove development, off Berrydale Road.
These are currently for sale at £211,995, so the discount will bring the cost to less than £200,000.
Each of the contemporary house types has its own special features, but all are designed for easy family living, including en-suites in the master bedrooms, open-plan living areas and downstairs cloakrooms. All also have garages.
